Delicious Organic Meals
Healthy organic meals are included with most Group Retreats and Workshops.
Includes coffee, tea, juice, fruit, yogurt, granola, bagels, and cream cheese.
Is made of soups, sandwiches, and organic salads (e.g., fresh garden lettuces, quinoa, beets, and fruit), with cakes or cookies for dessert.
Includes seasonal selections from our very own gardens and our local farmer's market. A vegetarian main dish is served alongside chicken, fish, or bison burgers--or whatever the chef fancies! We top it off with a light dessert. Be ready for scrumptious surprises! Wine is served with dinner.
A tea bar with fruit and cookies is ready for you to enjoy any time you wish. Purified flat and sparkling water is served with all meals.
Detox and Cleanse:
If you wish to do a cleanse, we will do what we can to accommodate you with fresh juices. Please specify in advance, extra charges apply.
Special Dietary Needs:
We try to plan meals with dishes that meet a variety of needs. Refrigeration space is available for those with special dietary considerations. Please bring prepared foods as cooking is not an option during group retreats and workshops.
Private Retreat Guest Meals
Retreat guests receive a complimentary welcoming treat of fruit, yogurt, granola, sparkling water, coffee and tea.
Private retreat guests are on their own for meals unless special arrangements are made.
Guests are welcome to dine out or in. Feel free to bring your own food and prepare your own meals. You are responsible for clean-up after yourselves, which keeps us all happy!
